Winston McAnuff was bon in Jamaica in the late fifties. He collaborated with several Jamaican producers for years for but he had a limited fame until he moved to France in the early 2000’s. He collaborated with various French artists such as Camille Bazbaz, Java / Fixi and gained a massive success all over Europe with a mix of Reggae, Rock and Funk. He recently joined the Jamaican all-stars band, Inna De Yard, along Reggae legends such as Ken Boothe and The Congos. His brand new single, Make it Better, is an advocacy for a better world. An infectious groove with a message ! We gonna have to make it better !

Né en Jamaïque à la fin des années 50, Winston McAnuff démarre son parcours dans les studios de Kingston avec un succès limité. Son premier hit, il le connaitra comme auteur du titre Malcom X, chanté par son ami d’enfance Earl 16, puis repris par Dennis Brown.
il connait un succès tardif, principalement en France où il collabore avec de nombreux artistes tels Camille Bazbaz, Java, Fixi et Matthieu Chedid. Il n’hésite pas à mélanger ses racines Reggae avec des sonorités variées et modernes, lui offrant un large succès. Il intègre également la formation all-stars jamaïcaine de Inna De Yard, aux côtés de Ken Boothe et the Congos. Son nouveau single au groove imparable, Make it Better, est un plaidoyer pour un monde plus responsable et solidaire. Nous sommes les acteurs de ce changement, nous n’avons qu’une planète, we gonna have to make it better !
